SACLC Purchased a Therapeutic Trampoline for an Autistic Girl for $1600

We are pleased to announce that our recent fundraising efforts have enabled us to purchase a therapeutic trampoline for a four-year old Autistic girl, valued at $1600, which will surely bring about an incalculable improvement in her quality of life as well as her family.

We were approached by the girl’s occupational therapist, who recommended this particular trampoline to help manage her client’s sensory-seeking behaviours in a safe manner. So we sprung into action. In addition to pledging $600 of our own money raised from previous fundraising activities, we asked all the Lions Clubs in Sydney to help with fundraising for the trampoline.

We are humbled by the all of the support we have been given in making this possible!

We give thanks to all of the Lions Clubs in 201N5 for showing us their support, but in particular we give thanks to the Lions Club of Sydney Waratah, Carlingford-Dundas Lions Club and Caringbah Lions Club, whose generous donations made all the difference! We also give thanks to private donors.

We couldn’t have done it without you 🙂
