The Autism Lions Movement continues to grow apace, all around the world!
We were honoured to have members of the Lefkoşa Başkent Lions Kulübü (Nicosia Capital Lions Club, in Turkish) based on the island of Cyprus, attend our meeting this month! Hoş geldiniz!
We were told about projects they have carried out since their inception in 2005, up to and including their most recent project – an Autism Awareness and Consciousness Day event, in which presents were given out to local autistic children, which was inspired by SACLC 🙂
The dedicated and passionate members of Lefkoşa Başkent Lions plan to take their autism-related endeavours to the next level, with the funding and construction of a sensory integration therapy room.
SACLC wishes Lefkoşa Başkent the very best of success in their endeavours and hope to foster a productive and fruitful relationship in the years to come.
