We had a clinical psychologist come to our Club meeting this month — Dr. Bettina Christl, of Heart and Mind Psychology!
Bettina’s talk was of particular interest to our audience, since she has autistic patients amongst her many clients that come to her practice.
Bettina’s talk was very well received by everyone who came. Many people asked her a lot of questions after her presentation, including but not limited to subjects relating to autistic burnout, alexithymia, distorted eating, getting an autism diagnosis and eye contact.
